Ohio police said Thursday that they are outraged over the treatment of a special needs student who had a bucket of feces and body fluids dumped on him in what he reportedly was told was part of the "Ice Bucket Challenge."

The Northeast Ohio Media Group reports that Bay Village police chief Mark Spaetzel says video of the incident is one of the most disturbing things he's seen in his career. He calls it "reprehensible."

Fox8.com in Cleveland reported this week that the autistic teen's mother discovered the video on his cellphone. She says her son was tricked into having feces, urine and spit dumped on him.

In the video, the boy with autism is seen standing in the driveway of a home off school grounds. He's wearing only his underwear as a bucket of fluid is poured from the roof of the garage, Fox8.com reported.

"He was embarrassed because he did not know what the contents were until afterwards and then he didn't want anybody to know," the student's mother told the station. "They used his phone to tape it and they put it up on Instagram."

Spaetzel says police are investigating and will bring charges when they identify those responsible.

School officials say they will discipline any student involved.

My oldest son has autism. Hearing the recent stories of bullies targeting autistic children makes my Damn blood boil. That beating in Florida was pretty vile, but dumping feces on someone is absolutely atrocious. If someone ever treated my son like that, their kneecap would meet my 12 gauge real quick....

What was done to this kid is absolutely sickening. I posted on FB a link to an article about Drew Carey offering a $10,000 reward for turning in the people who did this to him. My friend commented wondering how no one has been named yet. The kid must have known at least one of them, right? Does anyone have any info on that? It could be he is afraid of retaliation and hasn't named anyone.

I am guessing the boy is scared now. Perps are such cowards stalking special needs, elderly, and generally weaker, people, doing shit like this and stealing from them and beating them up as well.
