Yeah, that's the guy. According to him, at one point, deputies were so close to finding him that he could have literally reached out from his hiding spot and physically touched one of them.

He also broke into a woman's house and tied her up, then proceeded to use her shower and got some food and water before leaving without harming her. I really have to wonder why he didn't just steal someone's car and book it, since he seems to have had ample time and opportunity to do something like that.
