Re: New Billboards in Phoenix
I didnt have a problem with muslim guys til i took a temp job covering for a mechanic that had to go to iran for some family thing. He came back and we worked in the same department. Fucker had the nerve to tell me how to do my job and said some unfavorable things to me concerning the fact that im a woman and a mechanic, or how i should open an all women shop to "serve the men" constantly talked about his god (he knew i was athiest. I dont have a problem with people having their own religion but dont push it on me especially if ive asked ya to stop. Fuckin rude to me when theres other people, disregards what i say then when no ones around askes me questions like how to use a runout gauge or dial indicator. Fuckin locks the office to pray three times during the workday for at least an hour and insists on locking everything up. Was a nightmare worki ng alongside him. He was pissed that i worked under the same supervisor as he did and not under him. Fuckin got so bad once he cornered me and constantly tried to tell me how wrong i was and how roght he was when all i did was beg him to leave me alone. He wasnt a fuckin mechanic, just like to pretend to be one. He would wear those full body white plastic suits that you paint or spray chemicals with iver his clothes while he worked. Took him 3 damn days to change an IAC valve in a ranger. If they dont contribute to society in one way or another positively, or do their job, im not going to respect them no matter where they come from or what they believe. That's my only experianve ever with a muslim. |

Re: New Billboards in Phoenix
Most of the ones you end up hearing about that are members of either cells or individualized terrorism that tout being devout Muslims, have been misguided about the teachings of their own religion. They are being basically taught a warped version of the Quran by people that have as much brainwashing, hatred, bigotry, evil and sadly the hypnotic power to entice masses of people (think Hitler, Jim Jones, David Koresh) with low self esteem and even worse opportunities. Religion literature, including The Bible is written in context, it's other people's perception of certain events that happened during a certain time. It's can very easily be twisted and misunderstood. That can be messy in itself. You get some psycho moron in there with an ax to grind against another rival religion and a serious powertrip - and that's when it gets fucked up. It's not the religion, it's the people.
