Right? For a male into female, they obliterate the outside, turn it into a wound, then spend a lifetime forcing it to stay open and hope the body doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Both the short and long failure rate is extremely high compared to other elective procedures. The location of the hole is fairly high up (akin to the top of a woman's pubic bone), and blatantly obvious. Even pan men note some difficulties with intimate times because the parts don't line up.

For female into male, they make a non-functioning skin tube, often taking grafts from arms or thighs, thus mutilating a healthy part to make a cosmetic part. That's like cutting off your big toe to replace a good nose for an Owen Wilson nose.

I'm all for humans doing as they please, but I'm also not going to pretend the trans processes are some life-changing miracle into the opposing sex.
