Sarah-Jane Hulme, 41, was accused of taking four-month-old Django to the gig in Aberystwyth, North Wales.
The National Trust woodland warden, was seen dancing next to other revellers at “ear-splitting drum and bass” event, the Sun reported.
Despite putting ear protection on her son, concerned attendees told police about the incident at the weekend.
Photographs of the event were published in the newspaper today after the pictures were posted online, provoking an angry response from other users.
Siobhan Freegard, of parenting site Netmums, said: "Anyone taking a baby to a rave is raving mad.

“A four-month-old needs calm, not booming music, strobe lights and rowdy partygoers. If you want to go out, get a babysitter."
But Ms Hulme denied any wrongdoing last night, adding that it was the third gig she had taken her son to.
"I breast-feed him so he has to be with me,” she told the newspaper.
“In France or Spain, parents are encouraged to take their kids to music festivals.
"My daughter Kerry was performing with her band in her home town for the first time and I wanted to be there. What's wrong with that?"
She insisted that police searched her for drugs on her way into the event but said nothing about her son.
She claimed that she breast-fed him until her daughter’s band appeared at 10pm. Her son slept through the performance, she added.
When the music stopped at 12.30am police stopped the music to ask her to come forward.
A DJ was heard to say: "That is some irresponsible s***." Ms Hulme left without speaking to police.
She said later: "I couldn't leave him with anyone as he needs to be breast-fed every couple of hours. I don't think I've been irresponsible at all."

Well at least she took the kid with her haha. The last couple stories on DR I read involving mothers leaving their kids at home didn't fare so well for the children. But seriously get a fucking babysitter.
