Re: More Brazen Illegal Activity from Israel
Maybe you misread this - The settlements are considered illegal under international law, though Israel disputes this. Israel has occupied the West Bank since 1967, and annexed East Jerusalem, a move not recognised by the international community. This means they DO NOT OWN THIS LAND!!! How much clearer do you want it explained?

Re: More Brazen Illegal Activity from Israel
Lol. Hebrews build "settlements" and Arabs live in "camps." Anti semitic propaganda at its best. Oh yeah, whose nation the "West Bank" in and whose nation was the "Gaza strip" in? when you lose a fight you're expected to give concessions. |

Re: More Brazen Illegal Activity from Israel
Citing anti semitism is just cheap, and indicative of a weak argument. The UN resolution, and international community as a whole (except America), doesn't recognise Israel's right to build outside the 1967 boarders.

Re: More Brazen Illegal Activity from Israel
The people responsible for this are individuals like Eli Yishai, a member of the ultra-orthodox 'Shas' party. People like him have more power in Israel than they should, and not just because he's a shit head, but because most people in Israel hate people like him. I don't, then, think its fair to say something as loaded as "Israel" participating in "brazen illegal activity". The fact of the matter is most Israelis are outraged by this, and that the reason its happening is because of a flawed legal system that has given too much power to people like Eli Yishai. |
