CHEVIOT, Ohio - A mother is scheduled to face a judge Monday after police say she overdosed on heroin and passed out at a restaurant's restroom, leaving her three children alone.

Cheviot police say 31-year-old Jennifer Cole overdosed on the drug and passed out in the restroom of Noce's Pizzeria Saturday.

Authorities say her three young children were left by themselves after Cole passed out.

Cole is charged with drug abuse and three counts of child endangering.

I'm sorry to hear that. That shit is bad for you. But be careful when he does finally get off of it. My old man's aunt got off of it after using all through the 70's and 80's, turned to alcohol, blew up and turned orange like a pumpkin and died. She didn't do counseling or anything that they tell you to do after you get clean so she went from one substance to another. I wish you and your son the best of luck and hope he gets well soon and for good. It's a tough battle, but it's worth it to fight!

thank you Hag, i do hope he will do what he need's to do but it's hard to believe a word he say's these day's!!!He was suppose to go to treatment directly from jail, but the cop's took him to the bus station gave him an 80 dollar bus ticket,15 dollar's for the cab ride to the facility and would'nt you know it,he bailed!! cashed in the ticket and is now a fugative cause the judge said if he ran he would be looking at 2 yrs. So he is in quite a pickle!! I don't know what to do!!but thank you for your support, it's appreciated!!

Thaks Sno-Bun, ya it's hard but he is 29 and it's time to man up and do what he need's to do!!!I love him dearly, but I don't like him at all!!
