Dad Sentenced in Death of 2-month-old
BURLINGTON, Ky. - A Northern Kentucky man convicted in the death of his 2-month-old daughter will spend 15 years in prison. Benjamin Senseman, 32, was sentenced on Wednesday. A jury found him guilty last month of second degree manslaughter and second degree criminal abuse. The judge agreed to the jury's recommendation of the maximum sentence. Emergency crews were called to Senseman's Princess Court home in Hebron in July 2009 for a baby who was not breathing. Crews transported Chloe Senseman to Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Florence where she was pronounced dead. The medical examiner determined the child died from head trauma. Senseman's wife was charged with child abuse but was later acquitted. An autopsy showed Chloe also had broken legs and several broken ribs. Are you kidding me? 15 years for the beating and murdering of a child? Fucking sick! |
