Let me guess...She's on public assistance, doesn't work, Has cable TV, smokes, drinks, has a live in boyfriend and thinks the world is against her. Any one on public assistance should be randomly drug tested and given educational assistance. After a predetermined amount of time the assistance will be taken off the table. If you want to get America out of this rut you will take charge of these incompetent parents that let children run the streets, fail in school, fill our social programs and jails, and basically test my patience.
