I couldnt have...and wouldnt have let her toss the baby around and smack the child for 13 minutes. After the first toss he had the evidence he needed. Then he just seemed to egg her on.  |

He also turned the video in to the tv station not the cops? I can see doing both but not just the tv station if he was trying for evidence to do something legally.

The guy filming should be charged too. He allowed her to abuse the baby for over 7min. She could have easily have killed the baby at anytime and he also didn't even call Police. He instead cashes in on this shit and gives it to a News station. |

Yeah, but if he had filmed for only 5 minutes, child services would have told him that they needed 10 minutes of footage before they actually got off their fat asses and did something about it.

If they wouldnt do something after the first toss they wont do something about 13 minutes of tossing. The first was just as dangerous as the last. The dad is fucked in the head too.
