He is a trained firearm instructor in army reserves stationed out in Saco Maine which is a little south of where I live Still at large and the Maine state police & FBI have taken over investigation/ manhunt |

Reported to have mental health issues and was committed because he was hearing voices and wanted to shoot up where he was stationed in saco
