IDK the whole story but I would have rode that Casino's ass with my attorney until there was a better payout. If the baby needed the money sooner there are settlement companies that will advance you money on future cases depending on the circumstances. |

My dad had a cleft palate and was operated on for £0 in the 1950s. Cleft palate repair is routine and free here in the UK. $1 million seems wrong |

Both parties are real cunts in this case. Baby suffers as a result of stress? Is this proven? If so it goes to show that the husband was well and truly involved in getting a lot of cash for some error in software or a genuine win and his suffered as a result. The casino is at fault for bribing punters out of cash to win a sum they know will never happen. Its software, its designed to reduce your losses and create more cash flow. The only problem here is that they didn't expect it to go against them that early, if at all. |
