This is the second time this guy has tried to purchase a child in a grocery store.

A registered sex offender was arrested Thursday after offering a parent at a grocery store $100,000 for their daughter, according to the Port Orange Police Department.


Police said Hellmuth Kolb was arrested at a home on Sterling Chase Drive.

Through my wife, I met a woman, who, as a girl was sold by her mother for $450 on her 13th birthday, to some local ass-hat. I still see her at the store occasionally. There was never a case or anything. It just happened. A lot of people have suffered a lot of things that you would never suspect.

30 years ago, they found some Tucson mom renting out her 12-year-old daughter at one of the local truck stops.

There also was a biker in town here that got shot, and part of the story was that his girlfriend had given him her 13-year-old sister as a birthday present, wearing nothing but a smile and a ribbon tied around her neck. But he wasn't shot for that, he was shot for a bad drug deal.

I'm in the biker community, and you hear shit like that all the time.

Police, who were already familiar with the suspect, approached Kolb at a bench outside of the store and asked if he'd offered money for the woman's child, to which Kolb laughed and said "We all like kids," according to the report. Officers escorted Kolb to his vehicle while his wife finished shopping.

EVERYONE knows that you are better off purchasing a child outside the back of a bar and NOT at a grocery store! The prices are far lower!

Doesn't matter where you live in america, there's always a place within an hours drive where you can find some junkie willing to sell you their kid for the cost of a pre-pandemic geo metro.
