I'm not one to say that a terrible criminal should be raped in prison. Rape should never be used, even informally, as a form of social control or justice.

That having been said, if Ian Watkins meets a man much larger than him in prison, and that prisoner decides to give him a taste of what he has been doing to children, I tend to that that is just cause and effect. May he feel a hundred fold whatever he did to children.

Peaches Geldof faces police investigation after naming moms who allegedly offered babies to Lostprophets pedophile rocker Ian Watkins
The daughter of Boomtown Rats singer Bob Geldof reportedly tweeted out the names of two crazed groupies who allegedly agreed to let singer Ian Watkins abuse their own children. Watkins has pleaded guilty to 13 counts of child sexual assault—including two counts of attempting to rape a baby.

Peaches Geldof is in hot water after tweeting out the names of two mothers who allegedly offered up their babies to accused rapist and former Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins.

The 24-year-old Geldof reportedly released the names to her 160,000 Twitter followers after reading about them on a U.S. website. Naming the women may eventually identify the sexual assault victims, which the U.K.’s Attorney General’s Office said is a crime.

“Victims of sexual offences have automatic lifetime anonymity and the publication of names or information which can lead to their being identified is a criminal offense. This is a police matter," a spokeswoman for the Attorney General’s office told the BBC.

The accused mothers, whom the courts have named ‘Woman A’ and ‘Woman B’, are co-defendants with 36-year-old singer Ian Watkins. All three face a total of 32 charges.

The musician maintains that he didn’t successfully rape an 11-month-old, but admitted to two counts of attempted rape.

He is also accused of feeling up a 1-year-old, possessing and creating child porn, and plotting to rape a baby. He even allegedly urged a groupie to abuse her own child on Skype.

The 24-year-old Geldof has apparently deleted the tweet revealing the two mother’s names, the BBC reports. But she still thinks the woman should be identified.

“The papers MUST name ‘woman A & B’ who offered up their own babies to this monster in the hopes of being close to their (majorly talentless) musical hero without a backward glance, as they are equal in their monstrosity,” Geldof later tweeted. “It sickens me to see just how far the cult of celebrity and super fandom has come when grown women are passing their own kids round. I hate the world sometimes.”

Geldof is the daughter of Boomtown Rats frontman Bob Geldof and the late TV personality Paula Yates.

The attorney general and the South Wales police have been trying to discourage people from sharing information about the victims online.

"Clearly, there is strong public feeling about this case and many people are using social media forums to talk about the issues involved,” South Wales detective Peter Doyle told The Mirror. “Our primary objective as an organization remains the safeguarding of vulnerable people and children. Victims of sexual abuse have a right to anonymity in order to protect their future welfare and we urge those discussing the issues raised online to be careful about using information that identifies victims in cases like this."

The Lostprophets rock band has sold more than 3.5 million records since they started making music in 1997. The band announced its split in October after allegations of Watkins’ sexual abuse hit the news.

Watkins and his two co-defendants will be sentenced on Dec. 18.

I believe the thinking is that if they think they will get a life sentence anyway, they have no reason to not kill the kid after molesting/raping them. Sound logic? I don't know. IMO, they have waived their right to live in society after they do something like that.

He decided to plead guilty, probably to avoid a trial and the details that would be released.

I imagine they will all get life in prison without parole.

He is one of those guys that deserve to be beaten right to the edge of death.

I'm a bit confused (imagine that ) because they call the women/co-defendants/cunts woman A and woman B to protect victims of sex crimes but they are involved and are not the victims...their children are the victims. Unless the police and media chose to not disclose the name of the women because that would likely reveal the names of their children. Anybody know why that is?

This is the reason. If the mothers are identified, then by default the children(the victims)can be identified.
