Illegal loggers or farmers will get to them sooner or later with missionaries right behind them. As for not being contacted, aren't they looking at the camera in pic 1? If they are aware of you and you of them, I think that is contact, though indirect.

Very interesting. The fact that there are uncontacted humans, tells me there must be many unidentified animals/insects living in those forests.
