The Islamic State militant group (ISIS) is capitalizing on the desperation of refugees, attempting to buy their allegiance to bolster its own ranks, according to a new report released Monday.

According to London-based anti-extremism think tank Quilliam, ISIS is engaging in efforts to recruit refugees in humanitarian camps, on migration routes to Europe, and in Turkey, Jordan and Lebanon, where millions of Syrians have fled the near six-year conflict.

The extremist group is openly offering financial incentives—up to $2,000, to new recruits in refugee camps in both Lebanon and Jordan, the report says.

I'm currently between jobs, but I've got a lot more money than them. Perhaps I should start recruiting counter-terrorist moles who can infiltrate the ISIS training camps and suicide-bomb those camps.

What? They're going to volunteer and die anyway, so why not have a few go out for our side for a change?

They get fully paid for maybe a couple of months before they get less and less untill they receive nothing anymore. If you wanna leave they kill you next. Rufugees have phones and internet too so a lot are known with this "trick".

Wonder who and how much the "refugees"pay for internet and phone service? Not being a smartazz but curious how that works.
