I say let everyone juice up however they want, and for any and all sports. Sure it may kill some spirit of the game but it will also evolve the human body condition to another level. No more lies or cheats (like that Chinese Swimmer that overly kicked ass) just humans at their highest performance with a little extra chemical boost.  |

That's exactly why he didn't contest it, Armstrong knew what was going to come out and become public information. He made a decision to try to save what is left of his reputation, and still try to get some people to stay on his side.
