He was one of the three identified initially with fingerprints. One (a smaller form in the aerial footage before the bodies were covered) was thrown over 100 ft from the wreckage and most likely escaped the fire. two others were close to the fuselage - a badly burned (but still intact) smaller form, and the larger form that I posted above close to what appear to be tan leather seats. Again, the first responders appear to be paying special attention to the larger form. I still believe that that may be him in the screencaps/Getty photos.
