Re: Jilted Ex-boyfriend Puts Up Abortion Billboard
Ahh but the first amendment doesnt cover the right to slanderous or libel statements. It comes down to if it was a miscarriage or abortion. If it is a published false statement intended as defamation of character (libel) towards the woman it is not covered. It isnt his opinion on abortion.

Re: Jilted Ex-boyfriend Puts Up Abortion Billboard
this dude rocks, all he needed was a picture of his murdering wife, i understand there are some times when an abortion is the only way, like if the girls been rapped or theres medical issues but to use it as a form of birth control is sick. it happens alot in south africa becuase its cheaper to get it aborted than to use condoms and go on the pill

Re: Jilted Ex-boyfriend Puts Up Abortion Billboard
i personally feel the mother's full of shit and i congratulate everyone who questioned how this billboard infracts on her privacy. the billboard could be about *any* female in the world. it's only stressing her out because she's making more out of it than it is by dragging it through the courts and bringing all this media attention upon herself. people like her should fuck off and die. |

Re: Jilted Ex-boyfriend Puts Up Abortion Billboard
Right, so if you lived in a reasonably small town and your ex girlfriend posted a billboard on how you gave her herpes, saying it was purely for sexual health awareness....nobody would know it was you she was talking about? What if she made up a fake organization that was an acronym for your name? He made up the organization and the first letters spelled out her name. "Created for: N.A.N.I. -- National Association for Needful Information." This organization is of Fultz's creation and is an obvious reference to his girlfriend. "Nani" is not a common name. Fultz has since morphed the endorsement to read C.A.N.I. (Coalition About Needful Information). Come on Gutts. |
