Paul watson and his Sea Shepherds have fought "whale wars" with Japan. He has also been active in the fight against exploitation and overfishing of tuna.

Not that I agree or disagree: I only want to hear the seaShepherds take.

Re: Japanese Man Displays His £1 Million Tuna

I just wonder if that tuna is from yet another endangered species. They really do love killing animals till they're extinct.

The problem is they are not fishing using sustainable methods. They take and take and take until there is fuck all left. I despise the Japanese way of thinking when it comes to harvesting from Mother Nature and their continual disregard for the environment.

Fuck 'em !!

I agree with the japan pillaging the ocean. Sustainability must come first or else we all suffer. Its not solely japan but they are by far leading the way in the slaughter of marine life.

I personally love a tuna sandwich, so I'd be in love.

I am all for fighting against whaling, they along with squid, killer whales, dolphins and sharks are precious to the sea.

Many other fish are also important, in fact the very essence of marine life would be disturbed should any species die out.

I hate the Japanese/chinese method of fishing and the consumption of fish, it disgusts me that they for all their worth rape the sea and give fuck all back.

I can appreciate tuna as I like tinned tuna but if they became endangered as a result I'd say good bye to it and want an end to their hunting.

I saw the tsunami as a bit of balance being restored from the sea, the sea giveth and the sea taketh, many fishing fleets were devastated as a result and I can guarantee you this, the anti-fishing lobby were glad about it.
