Re: Interviews with 6 of Bergdahl's Platoon Mates. Because of the world of shit they would have been in. They are still human beings. Same reason atheists in the military attend religious services still, if you recall the conversation we all had about that in the water cooler. |

Re: Interviews with 6 of Bergdahl's Platoon Mates. Also, maybe they assumed it would have been handled better? |

Re: Interviews with 6 of Bergdahl's Platoon Mates. if they were involved with looking for this guy, they should have known first hand how it was being handled. they seemed to not care until there was media involved.... ![]() |

Re: Interviews with 6 of Bergdahl's Platoon Mates. I'm talking about the hero's welcome he was going to receive. Maybe they thought there'd be an actual investigation before government assets declared him a hero. |

Re: Interviews with 6 of Bergdahl's Platoon Mates. Wasn't the welcome home deal, was when talk of negotiation about the trade of five notorious radicals, for someone they knew for a fact was a traitor. Me personally would have risked my career and possibly freedom by breaking a silence agreement if this guy was to get set free for someone I knew deserted. |
