One-year-old Ilia Tape and his sister Sophia, survived a terrifying attack by Russian soldiers.

Four-year-old Sophia Tape, her parents and brother Ilia were driving through the central city of Gori when renegade Russian gunmen riddled their car with bullets.

The terrifying attack very nearly killed the Tape family, from Lubeck in the former East Germany.

They were victims of what Georgia's president has branded an attempt at 'ethnic cleansing' by Russians.

Ethnic cleansing is just an extreme form of bigotry. It's a fashionable thing to hate on a particular group from time to time.

You'd be surprised how much your mind can justify hatred when things are hard. Hitler didn't create hatred of the Jews, he simply exploited it for his own means, yeah?
