I wasn't able to see anything in the video. They seriously need to upgrade their video cameras, if this is supposed to be for surveillance rather than just to tell if it's raining outside. I didn't even see any people, unless it was cousin eddy and his wife in the RV that are the ones that got killed. Could have been old folks with a propane leak, and not terrorists at all.
Looks like the Santa robots at the bottom of the picture are still waving their arms, just like before the blast.

Probably a motive for it. Before the "bomb" went off, there was a warning message looped on speaker. You can hear it in the video and it's not a coincidence.

Witnesses recalled the terrifying moments before the explosion and in its aftermath. "I've never seen anything like it," resident Betsy Williams told. "It shook everything."

She said she heard the warning from what sounded like an automated female voice. She said if the gunshots hadn't woken her up, she's not sure she would have heard the message.

She and her family left after the voice from the RV said there was eight minutes left before the explosion. They headed across the river and watched from the parking lot of the city's NFL stadium.

When time expired, they started to head back. As they were driving down 2nd Avenue, they saw the explosion, Williams said.

Would be really stupid if this is some terror attack to warn people in front for the blast. quite the mystery, luckily no one got hurt.

With the warning message going off before the bombing, I'm wondering if this is like a 'Weatherman' movement bombing, where the Weathernmen "usually" sustained from killing innocent bystanders and instead waging their acts against disrupting status quo and government?

Not the first shot, but maybe this becomes the catalyst 2020 needed?
