How Not to Get a Date - Thief Asks Victim Out
It can be tough finding love in this crazy world, but surely resorting to theft is going a bit too far. A woman in New York apparently returned home to find an intruder playing with her laptop, and although her dog managed to scare him away, he was reportedly able to pocket her cell phone and wallet on his way out. Amazingly, police sources say the cheeky thief later requested $500 and a date with his victim in exchange for the phone's safe return. Unsurprisingly, his dream date didn't show at their designated meeting point and he was arrested instead. Presumably he'll stick to more traditional methods of finding love in the future. |

smh... what a dumbass... seriously we can go without those kinds of people.. some strangers off CL that brought a tv over used my bathroom and stole a $90 bottle of cologne.. seriously? I learned my lesson.

If I were the thief I would have at least serenaded her. When she came in I would have had the room glowing with candles and the entry way lined with rose petals. As her curiosity got the best of her, her nose would have been assaulted with a smell of a delicious dinner and found me naked with just an apron on cooking, cleaning, and doing her dishes. THAT would have been much more of a turn on. |
