Jesus Christ. 52,000 rounds is NOT a lot of ammo in relation to an annual purchase by a law enforcement agency. Between required yearly training and qualifications they go through a lot, and if they have budget money to spend and they don't spend it, then they get that budget cut for the next year. SO, they most fail safe thing that budget money can be spent on is ammo. The sky is NOT falling...lol

The east coast is going to be fucking gone so you would place your military away from that danger and in a spot where when the dust settles they can try to maintain order. It also helps explain the closings of Walmarts all along the south as they could be used as extra Fema camps, I also wonder what happened to all the food and other survival supplies that were presumably cleared out of these Walmarts.
