Jesus Christ. 52,000 rounds is NOT a lot of ammo in relation to an annual purchase by a law enforcement agency. Between required yearly training and qualifications they go through a lot, and if they have budget money to spend and they don't spend it, then they get that budget cut for the next year. SO, they most fail safe thing that budget money can be spent on is ammo. The sky is NOT falling...lol |
