Im just saying it looks skinny (hip bones protruding), could explain why he is in a kitchen... probably young and figuring shit out without momma.
He's disoriented because someone has stolen his territory, maybe its mom died yesterday i don't know, but something very bad must have happened to him.
It looks to be healthy tho, the bones protruding are not a concerning sign, these felines are made of bones, muscles and nerves. No room for lard.
