I'm not gonna say that weed made this guy fuck a dog, but I will say that intoxication of any sort tends to lower inhibitions. So although this guy was a dog-fucker at heart, it's possible that weed helped him forget that fucking a dog is a really bad idea.

In other words, some people just shouldn't do drugs.

As for what would compel a person to fuck an animal in the forst place, the short answer is control. An animal can't render consent, but it also can't reject in the human sense. The same principle is at play in all sexual victimization.

Now that pot is being legalized their blaming everything on it. I read an article the other day that basically said that there was a surge in marijuana related traffic deaths. 2014 and the propaganda continues.

Same here in Italy. A couple of days ago, a newspaper published an interview with the ONLY man in the world who believes that pot is worse than alcohol. A doctor whatsoever, not a neurophysiologist or something like that: basically, some asshole whatsoever trying to pass his (retarded) opinion as the truth. And whenGianluigi Gessa, considered one of the best specialists in the world, stated that he smoked pot and that is WAY less dangerous than alcohol they've almost burned him alive, for having said that. Someone even called him a junkie.
ONLY organized crime has some interest in keeping pot illegal, that's the truth, what's your problem, if you don't smoke, with the fact that others are free to? They should be much more concerned about the people being killed on daily basis by drunk drivers and drunk people in general (and recent stats indicated that in 1 incident over 3 there's some drunkass involved. Seriously

Metal Mike, those are good points, but in my humble opinion smoking pot is the very last of that dog-fucker issues, or maybe he was normal only after smoking pot (i've known some people like that)

that i understand and agree with....but only to a certain degree. it lowers your inhibitions less than a lot of drugs, like alcohol. so the issue is, would they mention it if the guy had drank a wine cooler before hand? would the media try to imply that the alcohol allowed him to do things he normally wouldnt, or would they make it seem like 'not only did he fuck a dog but he was drunk too' ?
