And what is it that they can't comprehend? That free speech isn't tolerated and peaceful protests will be stomped out? Is that what they are suppose to comprehend?

I think he was referring to the fact that out of the ones that were asked why they were protesting and what they hoped to accomplish...majority of them were unable to give an answer.

freedom of speech doesn't include disturbing others trying to get to work or lunch, doesn't give you the right to stand in someones path yelling hateful bs in their face. Im sure if I stood on your sidewalk in front of your office yelling your a piece of shit at the top of my lungs for hours, waited for you to go to your car and harass you, you would call the police too.
