Just because some people might abuse the system is no excuse to take out your uninformed, paranoid frustrations on people who could very well be doing everything they can just to survive.

In my experience, Kroger workers are indeed rude idiots... maybe it's all the complaints they have to deal with because of their insanely high prices or something.. sending the manager to a different store... what's that? The Catholic church method of dealing with an offender? And the $15 gift card is an insult, not that the lady was especially entitled to anything, but they've been giving $25 free for transferring a prescription here lately.. they could at least offer a substantial card.. $50 or $100.
