Had I not known the context of the video, I’d assume that this was shot in a Latin American nation.
Only the discernible Florida plates on the crushed truck seem to be a giveaway.

And to answer your question, the red substance near the truck is indeed blood.

This event is on another thread... happened this week - walkover bridge for FIU students in Miami. Bridge was completed last Saturday and few days later fell. One person died.

Automatic transmission fluid is still oil, but usually thinner than engine or gear oil and tinted red in color

Toyota uses red coolant, so it’s coolant. Lots of people saying trans fluid, but the trans doesn’t even look like it could be damaged. I’m going to go with Toyota brand red coolant.

Except the last car shown with copious amounts of leaking fluid is a Kia, and the van shown in the beginning looks like a Honda.
