Have you been to Miami in the last 30 years? It is a steamy, festering Latin American nation. Little sign of the gringos that made the USA great... ATF is red. Front wheel drive, transmission case was cracked, hence leaking of ATF. Coolant is either yellow, orange, or green, not red. Wiper fluid is blue, though there is a color yellow for extreme cold temps.

Only the discernible Florida plates on the crushed truck seem to be a giveaway.

And to answer your question, the red substance near the truck is indeed blood.
