The outside reminded me of where some buildings keep generators and electrical wires and power and such, usually surrounded by wire with signs to keep out, but, this is larger!

I think its expected that you wouldn't bring everything you own in an apocalypse

Thing that urks me is the interior. Its like underground no frills theme, would be a punch in the nose in a real deal.
