There's underarm holsters, offset belly bands, crossdraw holsters, & even quick-access deep concealment shirts where some buttons are false & secured with Velcro instead. So there's a lot of ways a draw could look like that.

To me, what it comes down to is this:

1) He shouldn't have made stupid statements about not being taken alive.

2) He shouldn't have run.

3) He should have kept his hands up, & stopped moving when ordered to, then complied with the agents.

He should never have reached for anything. Clearly they didn't just pop him as soon as they saw him. When his hands were up, he was alive, & he was still moving & being non-compliant. So that's the ultimate evidence right there: one can reasonably deduce that if he'd maintained his hands in the air, the officers wouldn't have shot.

For the record, I actually sympathize with the cause, but not their actions. Re-sentencing those ranchers for what should've been nothing more than a ticket & a fine is a gross miscarriage of justice, persecutory in nature, & "We the People" should care a great deal about it, because it could happen to any of us.

But in this case, it goes down as a clean shoot for the G-Men in my book.

I'm aware of concealment options and agree it is plausible for one to have a gun in that location. As I said, I doubt very much that this guy who is known to open carry a 45 on his hip changed to a 9mm in his chest pocket. Sounds like a bullshit story to me. I've also yet to see any evidence that he actually was armed (the story has changed several times already...).

He should have kept his hands up? There is zero evidence to prove that his hands went down BEFORE he was shot. The video looks to me to show him being shot and then grabbing the wound. I can't understand why no one thinks this is plausible???

You are correct on your other points. Running from the law with such a reputation usually ends with a bullet to the head. This is just the first video I've ever seen of a cop shooting a man with his hands up...

But Brown was still gunned down by a representative of a racist, tyrannical, authoritarian institu-- oh no wait, that's right, he wasn't.
