a friend of mine had purchased them at some shop. Was all like "ooh these are great!" I'm asked, "what is it?" .........."dunno, some kind of cookie covered in chocolate or something." *CRUNCH* friend: "pretty good, huh?" me: "yeah, not bad." friend: "see, eating bugs always gets a bad rap, huh?" :disgust |

It makes a lot of sense for countries that are overpopulated and starving. Just on the facts alone about the feed for animals versus insects make it a viable option for some countries to feed their people. I would think that a hungry person would not care if it were prime rib or pickled praying mantis as long as it filled their belly.
