There are drinks infused with 2 1/2 grams of cannabis already at medical marijuana centers, but the drink could be hitting stores shelves in the California area soon. It is currently $10 bucks for 12 ounces of the stuff.

Shawna tells me that in the USA you can get cards that allow you to buy the stuff legally, I find that a bit hillarious to be honest.

I have said for years that the government is missing out on a great opportunity. I say legalize it and tax the hell out of it. You would regulate it the same way as alcohol is now. It would save lots of money on drug enforcement and give DEA agents and cops more time to go after people selling much worse stuff.

They're not stupid, ya know? With drugs being legalized a lot of chaos they used to make order through legislation would be lost. Not to mention all the (black) folks they would have to release on cannabis charges. Whether you know or not America makes plenty off of the "war on drugs" already. Plus no one would buy it; they'd grow it themselves cutting America out as they should. Not as easy as just making it legal you see?
