VERY hard not to tear up reading this. As an animal lover if something like that had happened to me, I would just fucking die. I would never be able to get the image out of my head of the dogs trying to run and wondering why this was happening to them.  |

How did he not hear the yelps or feel the heavy dogs bouncing along behind him? It had to have caused something that should have alerted him. Rots are not small dogs.
