Re: Court: Teen's 110-year Sentence is Constitutional
It`s not right. Why do some people get a 20 or 30 year sentence for MURDER. He attempted murder, but didn`t kill anyone. I agree this shitbag should be in prison for awhile, but c`mon, a guy who rapes and murders an old woman can get as little as 25 years.

Re: Court: Teen's 110-year Sentence is Constitutional
Perfect candidate for medical experiments rather than some poor innocent animals who do nothing to deserve the pain and torture. In that way at least he will contribute to the world in stead of taking. The medical establishment get much would truer results with humans testing products and procedures rather an animal with different genetics. I would think the crime rate would also drop if criminals knew that something like may be done with them. Who want to risk becoming a lab rat. I realize that this will be considered a sick idea by some. What some criminals put their victims through is much worse, than what I suggest the justice system take a look at, as an answer to the soaring crime rates. I am certaintly not talking of all criminals by no means, just the ones who have committed the most heinous of crimes. |

Re: Court: Teen's 110-year Sentence is Constitutional
Yeah that's the whole point. Have you ever heard of the Prison Industrial Complex? They want to keep ppl coming back if not there indefinitely. We pay for them not the skime govt. Anyway this kid shouldn't be facing life when others get 6 years after killing someone in a alcohol related accident. Give him 10-15. That's fair |
