I liked Fentanyl. I was on 125 mcg patches and 1200 mcg Actiq(lollipops) for years. Doctors are no longer prescribing it for chronic pain and as my cancer is in remission...they took it away from me. It didn't get me high and I was able to to live a normal life. Now...I am on methadone for long acting pain med and oxycodone 30mg 4 times a day for my short acting med. I am always tired and I hate them. The fentanyl patches never stuck. They always ended up in a ball in my bed. So that is 3 days worth of medicine down the drain. I had to sign contract, get urine tested every month and they also count my pills. I can't even smoke a little weed at an upcoming concert in June, dammit! Mountain Jam in the Catskills. There will be 40 bands on 3 stages. Steve Miller, Peter Frampton and Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers are the headliners. |

If we legalized drugs, people would be able to know for sure what they were taking and how much.
