LOVE this thread. The comments by the twat in the video "That's not really a gun is it?" and the posted comments are amazing. True the dumb ass cop does not have a clue how to kill a cow. Just shooting the body is a waste of bullets and simply causes the poor cow to suffer. Looked like he never even went for a head shot or a heart shot. Both would bring the cow down fast. Even a lung shot would bring him down but take a bit longer and cause more suffering. For a head shot to be completely effective the cows head must have the forehead flat in front of you for a .38 to work. It was a .38 the officer was using. Really a bad pistol to put a cow down quickly unless you have him standing still for a head shot. Anyway, way to many bullets. Someone get the grill going. We is having fresh beef. Yee ha. And for you haters the cow was posing a serious traffic hazard that's why the two cars rushed by. It was to block off traffic from the other direction.

I agree the cop was lame in his efforts to put down the cow. But if there is no one to quickly get the cow captured and take responsibility it must be put down ASAP to clear the road for traffic. Ask any older traffic cop and he will tell you this. But they should know how to bring the cow down quickly. This video reminds me of "Me, Myself, and Irene".

We call it a Slaughter house in my part of Canada. But you must understand our cops never get to use their guns on people because our laws are retarded, so things like this are just an excuse to use them. I'm surprised the cops didn't shout out " its coming right for us !!!!" Regardless... this is so Embarrassing... |

it was doing to die anyways. cows are not harmless either. they would trample you to death in seconds. they probably should of shot it with a rifle because handgun just won't get the job done when it comes to a cow unless it is a hand cannon like 44 magnum. the point is moot anyways they probably didn't have a rifle available to use. the cops are fucked either way. if they didn't kill that cow and it ends up seriously injuring somebody or even killing someone they get shit! they get shit when they do kill it. they are fucked either way.
