Re: Colorado Man Fatally Shoots Stepdaughter Mistaken for Burglar I personally think the make my day law is very brutal and unjust. What if some homeless mother with a kid broke in your house for some food and a safe place to rest, technically they're committing a crime does that mean its OK to bash their heads in with a lead pipe or something? If someone broken into my house, unless they threatened me with violence I'd leave them alone. I'm a wimp, I also have my cell on me at all times and if I heard anything in the house that woke me up and made me suspicious I'd just have the cops come over and check it out. ![]() |

Re: Colorado Man Fatally Shoots Stepdaughter Mistaken for Burglar Some people are just territorial and don't need to feel actually threatened before they blow a hole through a strangers head. It's the 'one less thief in world' mentality. Lose a thief, gain a killer. Hypocrisy at it's finest |
