 CNN has been getting busted for pulling bullshit for years now. They like the other MSM outlets are owned by corporate elites with political agendas. The ratings cliche is long dead with independent journalism. The entire purpose of journalism and media pundits nowadays is to mold opinions of its viewers. Used to, ratings only mattered to them because they counted the dollars coming in on advertisements. Nowadays, ratings only matter in the power of influence. |

when i first joined here, i told people i didnt have a TV anymore...they asked why and when i said 'because the media sells sensationalism...its rotting your brain. sell your tv', people just laughed. it wasnt like i was the first to say this either...many other people had told me that the media wasnt to be trusted. now, however, they yell 'fake news' as if they honestly feel like it's not only something new but they just figured it out. really, its just because it's trendy and they still have media outlets they 'trust'. here is bit of a clue as to how one can tell that the majority of the 'fake news' people are full of shit: Fox News, the media source a lot of 'fake news' people trust....frequently gets its stories from the AP Wire. The AP Wire Service distributes news stories to outlets around the world...and they report them. that means: they are all getting their info from the same fuckin source in many cases. yet some outlets are 'fake' while others are somehow 'trustworthy'. |

might as well be listening to David Icke, Jim Mars or Alex Jones.  these are all conspiracy theorists and arent really 'sources' either. they collect stories, believe them and then extrapolate from there...that's not 'news'. Jim Mars isnt as 'bad' as the others but still belongs in that category. jordan maxwell, benjamin fulford, roger stone, john lear....these are the older guys. the newer crowd would be the mark dice, matt drudge types. these people have been around for awhile now and arent reliable sources either. lets be real here. |
