Fucking figures they call him a boy when he's 23 fucking years old and a 'churchgoing good boy'. He's going to do it again and again, registered or not. Child molesters/sex offenders don't fucking stop. He'll find a way to get his hands on a child and escalate to silencing them.

the ONLY good thing about that sentence is he is in the system as a sex offender because he WILL reoffend , they always do. Now that fucking judge is sympathetic towards him and it just might be because he is the same as the offender. Time will tell but a feel for his next victim.

The question is, will he kill his next victim as to not get caught? That is one of the reasons the victims are murdered - to get rid of evidence and prevent ratting.  |

If I'm not mistaken, and off from the top of me head, I believe Dodd even told the court that if he was released he would go straight back to molesting AND killing kids. He ASKED for the death penalty. Told em' all that he wouldn't change. Give all of them a short rope and a long jump...... |

Actually in the colonial times, just prior to the formation of the United States, branding foreheads was very common. B for bugler, T for thief, M for manslaughter. In Maryland, a hog stealer had their ears cropped for first offense, an H branded on their forehead for second offense. Third offense was death.
