Re: Chauvin Trial

Spastics on here reeeing over a violent, dead junkie who pistol whips pregnant women.

Fucking idiots.
lmao... you seem to take everything you see on the news as truth.... be very careful what you take as "gospel". Floyd was not the one who hit the woman with the gun... it was another person that was with him. There is absolutely no evidence that woman was pregnant... but people (specifically Candace Owens) and some media stretched the truth about that because a gun was pointed at her belly. You can read all about it here:

Official complaint from Houston Police Department:

Re: Chauvin Trial

This is a little deceptive....
1st degree murder is about intent to kill.
3rd degree murder is about a dangerous act that could harm/kill.

3rd degree murder is defined "by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life." Meaning, he didn't initially intend to kill Floyd... but his actions were dangerous enough to kill, yet he continued them without regard for Floyds life.

Here is the exact statue on 3rd degree murder in Minnesota.

609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE.
(a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

(b) Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both.

Source: https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.195
It's not deceptive. For 3rd degree murder, you have to know what you're doing is likely going to cause someone's death. It's like firing a gun into a crowd. Sure the person you killed may not have been a "target" you were not trying to kill that person specifically. But you knew firing that gun into a crowd would likely kill someone. So your intent was to do something extremely dangerous that has deadly consequences. And you didn't care.

So to find Chauvin guilty. One would have to say his intention was to harm Floyd. That he knew what he was doing was an act that is extremely dangerous and death was a Likely result.

Which I believe is ridiculous.

Re: Chauvin Trial

The video shows the knee was on his upper back, kinda where the back of the neck and back meet. All the reports of kneeling on his neck are false.

And again, why everyone just ignores common sense and well known responses to being choked. Not 1 time did Floyd cough, or gasp for air, not 1 time did Floyd speak and have his voice sound as if he was being choked or struggling to breathe. Not 1 time did he act panicked as one does when they are suffocating and trying to breathe.

But let's say you're correct, it was a contributor to his death. But the hold alone wouldn't have killed him normally, without the high amount of drugs, without his serious health problem.
Wow... I am actually stunned. Did you watch the trial at all?
You saw and heard the same video that the rest of the world saw???

His knee WAS on his neck... and head, and upper back, and arm. I'm well aware he wasn't CHOKED... but him pinning him down in prone position, flat on his stomach and chest prevented him from getting proper breaths.

He continued with this for something like 3 minutes after one of the officers said aloud "I can't feel a pulse". Floyd was CLEARLY not moving... hence resisting and Chauvin kept him pinned down.

You did see that Chauvin did the EXACT same thing to a 14 year old kid in 2017 making him lose consciousness? You did see in trial where this tactic is not an approved method of reasonable force??? Nor is leaving someone begging for help to breathe in a prone position with the partial weight of 3 people on top of him for 9 minutes?

The fentanyl was a lethal limit to a normal person with NO TOLERANCE. Floyd had used opiates for a long time and built up a tolerance. None of his issues, health, drug, criminal history would have caused his death on that day, at that time if he didn't have a run in with Derek mother fuckin Chauvin.

I don't know how it could be any clearer.

smh. ok... I digress. It's clear to me you are going to continue to twist shit around to fit the narrative in your head based on the bullshit you hear and see on biased news outlets. And that will force me to insulting the living shit out of your intelligence... and I chose not to go there.

It's true. He did pose as a water department employee, knock on a women's door, force his way into her home, and put a pistol to her stomach and demanded money and drugs from her.

I live not far from where this happened. And it has been covered on local news stations. And snopes is a terrible place to pull information.

You know who hasn't came out and said this isn't true? The Houston Police Department, who investigated the crime.

Re: Chauvin Trial

There is NO mention of this woman being pregnant and Floyd wasn't the one who pistol whipped her. FFS. This is the complaint report that was used in his trial from the HOUSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT.

I'm aware that the incident took place. But multiple people are running around claiming she was pregnant and that he pistol whipped her. Neither of which are true.

Re: Chauvin Trial

You have Floyd's brother saying Floyd is Emmitt Till. Which I'd a disgrace. Not a shred of evidence was brought forth in the trial or anywhere at all that Chauvin was racist. And you don't think every stone was turned to find that racism? Not a single person stepped forward and said Chauvin said something racist in their presence. And that person would have been welcomed like a hero, but no one came forward.
I don't know why I'm still replying but almost everything you're saying is incorrect. lol Evidence proving Chauvin has a history of excessive force, brutality and racists tendencies WAS brought to the trial to be submitted as evidence. But the judge ruled it all inadmissible. So unless you go do some research on your own, like any normal intelligent person will do, you wouldn't have heard about the 18 official complaints against Chauvin in his personnel file.

Not one of us, nor the jury heard about any of it during the trial. But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist!

My point being... the jury was unaware of his history and still convicted them on every count available. That speaks volumes. Even beyond convicting him because of the "mob" or pressure to prevent violence from breaking out. If they wanted to convict him based on that... they could have convicted him on any one of those counts alone. But no, they convicted him on all three. Clearly, they believed he was 100% guilty.
