What an asshole. I'm all for gay rights, but this guy is taking it way too far. He's attacking some random woman working there, exaggerating on the hate issue - what hate? How is being in favor of traditional marriage hateful? - and talking like he's a hero partaking in protests against a company selling dolphin meat or child porn or something. Douchebag and an embarrassment to the gay rights movement.

Though as long as he wasn't driving a company car or on company time, what he does in his personal life shouldn't be grounds for termination (unless it's criminal activity).
