It's terrible to say but I was wondering... How did he only get shot in the leg? But the 12 year old killed the 6 year old? It's possible but I dunno. Nothing about this is going to make sense, no matter who did it.

Generally they are poor, on Welfare/public assistance and have the money for dope, guns, tattoos and cable.....something is very wrong here.
