Re: Blood Covered Heroin Needle Found In Loaf Of Bread
There was a story near me where a heroin addict went to walmart and obtained syringes from the pharmacist (he had some condition where he could get them)... but he proceeded to the walmart bathroom and immediately booted his heroin and passed out on the floor where a father and son found him laying there needle and all with todays society its more of a downfall than convenience to have a pharmacy in the grocery store |

But if he had something like diabetes and used them only for insulin, there would be no problem. The problem is illegal drugs. If this person got the needles from a pharmacy, he could have just passed out in the pharmacy bathroom.

That is the problem with every law, even the gun debate. A legally obtained item isn't usually sold or given to someone the owner knows is going to use it illegally because it could be traced back to him/her. Perhaps, if a diabetic is also an IV drug user, I guess my theory would sometimes be inaccurate though |
