Belgium: Knifeman attacks two officers in jihadi hotbed Molenbeek, police say no indication attack terror-related

“Officials in the Belgian capital said there was no immediate indication the attack was terror-related but the location of the incident will raise fears it was Islamist-inspired.” Yes, that and the fact that after virtually every jihad terror attack, authorities say it was not terror-related. If law enforcement and government officials didn’t have such a long (and daily lengthening) record of dishonesty, they might be worth trusting in individual cases. Instead, each new incident like this one brings new suspicions of a coverup.

Molenbeek was the focus of operations late last year and in early 2016 to root out extremists based in Brussels.

A spokeswoman for the Brussels prosecutors office said the assailant had said nothing and the case had not been transferred to counter-terrorism specialists.

Several of the attackers involved in the Islamic State-organised Paris massacre last November lived in the poor neighbourhood…."

islam IS terror.....though seriously the whole 'terrorist' label was a veil the US used after 9/11 to label anyone who had an opposition to the US foreign policy.....

islamists aren't terrorists....they are the enemy....
