Re: Baltimore Settlement with Freddie Gray Family
Rodney King was beaten almost to death on camera. In this case it would seem at the most the officers didn't put a seat belt on the guy I'm privy to the witness statement. That Grey was throwing himself around in the van. I'm also privy to information that Grey has previously injured himself in police custody. And has been involved in "accidents" to defraud insurance companies. And I'm privy to information that the prosecution tried to hide that information from the defense. Gardner Ya, a super progressive mayor throwing the cops under the bus. Just like Baltimore's mayor. Now even if the prosecution gets a conviction in Baltimore. Because the change of venue wasn't granted, the cops will win on appeal. The prosecution is setting this up to fail. Because they have no case. |

Re: Baltimore Settlement with Freddie Gray Family
It would be interesting to see how fast it goes. I doubt they will pay the government the tax money which would be roughly half or more; unless they take it out beforehand which would be smart on their part. After that between clothes and shoes, weave, rims on a new Mercedes, televisions, stereos, new crib with furniture I expect it will go very fast and the government will end up with all their stuff anyway unless they fare well in bankruptcy court. |

Re: Baltimore Settlement with Freddie Gray Family
This is bullshit, pay his family millions for him fighting with a cop and losing. This shit is getting out of hand, it's like the cops can't even do their jobs anymore. If you're a cop and you see a black person breaking the law, you mind as well as leave them be because if you try to arrest them or ticket them "you're racist!!!". America is worried about the shooting going on when what they need to do is address this issue. Tell all the wanna be "thugs" to stop acting like animals and be a law abiding citizen. Is it really that hard for these people to do? I'm not racist at all either, so don't think I'm a mindless racist ranting about black people. But shit, there is a reason majority of people in prison are black...it's not the cops or the white mans fault either. |

Re: Baltimore Settlement with Freddie Gray Family
Once upon a time, it was called "constructive criticism". However, a movement of labeling people collectively as part of a "ruling class" the "white oppressors", coined the notion that it is racial discrimination for one ethnic group to tell another ethnic group, how they should conduct themselves in society. In truth, I agree. There shouldn't be ethnic groups ruling other ethnic groups. This is why multicultural nations fail. |
