Not a place to fuck around. I know guys that went of resort in some shithole tropical places, looking for drugs or whatever...... I know of one group that was extorted by the federales, they got caught smoking weed and the federales robbed them instead of charging them...... I know a guy that backpacks around South America, taking whatever he can get his hands on and banging hookers all the way........ So far he's gotten away with it  I guess it only takes once |
